Miele’s Combi-Steam Oven

A combination of steam and convection creates a perfect fusion for a moist cooking environment.  With this combination, the heat transfer is efficient and faster and the MasterChef Gourmet program combine lower temperatures for longer cooking.  The MasterChef program then automatically shuts off the oven at just the right time.
